I have always wondered with this distinct difference is, and all I've read are common sense responses: more fame, more money, more success. However, there are plenty of successful models out there and why are they not considered supermodels but merely just models?
What is the difference between a regular model and a supermodel?

I think the term ''supermodel'' is overused, because now it's anybody who gets on the cover of a magazine, even if you don't know her name.
